Studio
Foroom sp. z o. o. is an architectural studio, operating in the market since 2005. We specialize in preparing comprehensive project documentation, conducting suitability analyses for investment purposes, and providing author’s supervision for implemented projects.
Our company undertakes projects of diverse scales and themes, including multi-family residential buildings, office complexes, public facilities, as well as large industrial and energy projects. Responding to our clients’ demands, we expanded our range of services a few years ago to include interior design and fit-out for PRS residential and office spaces. With a team of 20 designers, primarily architects, supported by collaborating engineering firms, we possess extensive experience in collaborating with General Contractors, consistently engaging in Design & Build projects.
One of our core strengths lies in our advanced utilization of BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology, which involves three-dimensional modeling of building information. This innovative technology allows continuous and immediate access to project-related information, such as costs and schedules. It also simplifies the design process itself by enabling virtual testing of various alternatives and schemes to determine the optimal solution. This approach offers significant benefits to both investors and contractors, facilitating cost control and analysis throughout the construction and operational phases. At our office, we employ Autodesk’s Revit software as our BIM application.
Furthermore, we provide assistance throughout the coordination process, striving to support our clients in navigating the lengthy and bureaucratic procedures associated with obtaining approvals and permits. In addition to securing building permits, we have successfully managed the acquisition of ZRiD decisions, environmental clearances, development conditions, modifications to local plans, and energy certifications.

Bartłomiej Grotte
Architect / CEO – graduated from the Faculty of Architecture, Warsaw University of Technology in 2003. He established FOROOM architectural studio in 2005.
Rafał Jedliński
Architect / Partner – graduated from the Faculty of Architecture, Warsaw University of Technology in 2004. Co-founder of FOROOM. Awarded the architectural prize of Małgorzata Baczko and Piotr Zakrzewski. He had an apprenticeship in the profesor Andrzej Kiciński practice and the Vienna studio CoopHimmelb (l) au.
Maciej Pędzich
Architect / Partner. Graduated from the Faculty of Architecture, Warsaw University of Technology in 2003. After until 2008, he gained experience in PLM Architects and Carr, Cotter & Naessens Architects in Cork, Ireland. He has worked with Foroom since 2008.
Konrad Waligóra
Architect / Partner – graduated from the Faculty of Architecture, Poznan University of Technology in 2009. He started work in studio in the same year.
Karolina Konopka
Architect – graduated from the Faculty of Architecture, Wrocław University of Technology. She has worked with us since 2020.
